Veritable provides specialist services to people with disabilities in remote Australia. This includes social work assessments, positive behaviour support services, and specialist support coordination.
Veritable’s work is person-centred, rights-based and strengths-based. All services are provided with a holistic view of the person, their needs, their capacities and the right to a good quality of life.
Veritable also supports parents, guardians, carers and service providers who are working with a person needing support.
Veritable’s services are usually accessed by people with a NDIS plan. Any person or organisation, however, is welcome to contact Veritable for more information or to discuss your needs.
Positive Behaviour Support
Veritable is registered to provide positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants.
Behaviour support helps a person with a disability to make safe choices, receive appropriate support and guidance in their everyday needs from carers, enjoy freedoms in their life, and reduce or eliminate the use of restrictive practices.
Social Work Services
Veritable provides social work assessment and interventions, including reports and recommendations to improve services. We specialise in supporting people with complex needs who are participants on the NDIS. Our social work services improve service engagement and the effectiveness of a participant’s NDIS plan.
Specialist Support Coordination
In special circumstances, Veritable offers specialist support coordination for NDIS participants living in remote Australia. Veritable has established a strong reputation for high quality, individualised services that help each participant meet their goals. Our specialist support coordination helps reduce the complexity in a person’s life and improve the effectiveness of their NDIS and mainstream supports.
