Client Information

Our Commitment to You

Veritable is committed to providing a quality service to our clients.

Our staff work from a person-centred, human rights and strengths-based framework of practice.

We will treat you with respect at all times.

Our services will take into account your goals, wishes, preferences and individual needs. We believe that improving your quality of life is one of the most important goals of our work.

If you require an interpreter, we will ensure this is provided as part of our service. If you would like an advocate to assist you, we will welcome their support for you.

Our work is done together with you and the key people in your life who support you. This includes your family and loved ones, and any other services who support you.

We will keep your personal information confidential and private, and only release any personal information with your consent or otherwise by law.

We will make sure we consider risks to your safety and wellbeing, and take action to help you to be safe and free from harm (violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination). This includes helping you or people who support you in the event of a disaster or an emergency.

We respect and honour your right to choose and control your services.
