Positive Behaviour Support
Veritable is registered to provide positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants.
Behaviour support helps a person with a disability to make safe choices, receive appropriate support and guidance in their everyday needs from carers, enjoy freedoms in their life, and reduce or eliminate the use of restrictive practices.
Social Work Services
Veritable provides social work assessment and interventions, including reports and recommendations to improve services. We specialise in supporting people with complex needs who are participants on the NDIS. Our social work services improve service engagement and the effectiveness of a participant’s NDIS plan. In some circumstances, Veritable also offers Specialist Coordination of Supports (COS) for NDIS participants as part of our social work services.
Group Training
Veritable offers a range of group training sessions for service providers, focusing on improving service delivery for clients and improving staff safety and wellbeing. Veritable’s training includes understanding capable environments, principles and practices of frontline practice leadership, enabling risk, and supported decision-making. Our sessions are practice-informed and action-orientated, supporting your people to build skills and resilience for work in complex settings.
Consultancy
Veritable has skilled staff with expertise in human service practice and frontline service delivery. Our consultancy services include incident reviews, debriefing, reviews of quality systems, complaints and feedback systems. Veritable consultants understand the complexities of providing service in remote Australia. Our consultants can assist you to improve practice to ensure quality care and safety. Reflective Sessions
